Southwest Ding

I just saw where I can save $10 on a ticket to Orlando using DING. Has anyone called SW customer service to try and get that credited back to their credit card? I bought the ticket yesterday and today they have a DING for the same flight.

dings are online only so calling would not help you get that $10 back... but what you can do is watch for another ding (if that one has expired) and open two browser windows, cancelling the one you have seconds before you book the ding, using your ticketless travel funds from the higher priced one to purchase the ding fare... but you've got to be quick and you will get ticketless travel credit to be used one year from date of original purchase...
