Southwest Credit - could someone walk me through this?

My friend's airfare dropped $60 (round-trip) since she booked it 3 weeks ago. I have read posts that say SouthWest will give the price difference back as a credit for future flight.

I'm searching through Southwest's website and I'm afraid I just do not see how to do this. I even logged in with her intinary/confirmation # and still did not seen an option to request this.

TIA!

You have to go into change flights. Basically rebooking the flights to see the cheaper pricing. After going through the rebooking process, as the end, it will show you the credit and ask you to confirm the changes. Then you're done.

Ahh, ok. Thank you.

One more question. Because it's a future flight credit and not an actual refund, no changes will be made/apply to the Visa - correct?
