Southwest commun. error

anyone else having troublewith the Ding today. I already uninstall it once and then downloaded it again but the icon in my tray has the error code pop up all the time now .

I hit icon and then hit update registration and the error goes away but comes back 30/40 sec. later. It keeps saying unable to connect to SW.com

what am I doing wrong, I had the Ding for over 1 yr now and no problems.

I can get into SW.com site but my Ding can't HELP

No problem here, either. There isn't any Ding fare right now, however.
I can connect to SWA through the Ding icon just like usual.
