Southwest Check-in

Are there computers available at AKL for dvc members to
do the online southwest checkin, or do u need to bring your
own laptop. Will the concierge do it for you if u ask?

The concierge desk at all the resorts are happy to help with reservation check-in/boarding pass printing. You don't have to worry about not having a computer.

You can also sign up for Early Bird Check-in (for $10 per person) and have Southwest check you in automatically. We did this on our January trip. It was nice not to have to think about checking in for our return flight on our last day in the parks.

There is a also a computer in the lobby of Kidani that you can use to check in as well if you wish to do it yourself. We did that last time we were there.

We are using the early bird checkin next time though - don't want the stress of worrying about it at the 24hr mark.

Did you have to check everyone in separately or was there a check all box on the bottom of the page, where it would check all in your party at the same time?

there is a check box next to everyones name independently on the same page. Just check everyones name and you're all set.

Thanks we tried this a couple years ago and we could only do one at a time. That stunk. Anyone have that experience?

There is also a PC and printer in the lobby of the Swan or Dolphin.

Both Jambo and Kidani have computers in the lobby to check-in. Just be aware that at Kidani it is best to do it while it is still daylight because they put that computer in a place where there is very little light at night and it is hard to see the keyboard.
