i got an email about a month ago with this offer...but does anyone know if it is still valid? Not sure if I waited too long...? I would hate to apply and find out that I am no longer eligible for the 50,000 points!

The email should have an expiration date in the fine print.

Do a Google Search on it and you'll usually find a link to apply for the card with that bonus. They run the promotion several times a year.

We applied for the same deal earlier this year and at first they only gave us 25,000. We called up customer service and they told us the promotions change frequently and when they went to apply our miles the promotion was for 25,000 so that was why we didn't get the full amount. However, after a brief discussion they quickly gave us the other 25,000. We love the card and are trying to get the companion pass out of it for future trips. Just make sure you sign up when they are offering the 50,000 and that you actually get the full amount.
