Southwest Buffalo to MCO for $110 one way...

Just saw that Southwest has lowered many of its flights to $110 before taxes one way from Buffalo to MCO. Rates good to April 2012. Some good non-stop flight times in case anyone is looking - hope this helps.

I had thought this post would help people either book new flights or get credits for those already purchased at higher rates. Lots of views of the post, but only your reply so I'm glad it worked for you. I have found so much help here at this board that it was nice to post something useful rather than my usual questions since we are first time fliers.

We've never flown out of Buffalo before, but with the rising cost of the Canadian carriers' prices (plus the addition of Air Canada bag fees) it'll likely save us $300 next time around. The lower price plus benefits of flying from Buffalo (resort airline check-in, free checked bags, better flight times) now outweigh the hassle of the added drive time and border crossing. Does everyone like Southwest? I've heard good things about them & Jet Blue from fellow Disney fans.

We've flown Southwest, Airtran and Jet Blue and find them all comparable. We've only done Jet Blue once as they are usually more expensive. We also like to sometimes splurge on Airtran as you can upgrade to business class for around $69 when you check in. And for us the BEST thing about flying out of BUF is going through customs in the car at the border. Not having to do this at the airport is Great!!
