Southwest booking windows

Is there a specific date and or time that SW opens their booking windows? Like a certain day of the month or day of the week? I'm just wondering when I should start watching for April/May flights.

On August 16,2018, the schedule is set to open for bookings through April 7, 2019.

So, no specific day of the week necessarily, but they do indicate the next date on the site.

I'll add that on the date listed on the web site when the next schedule will be released, the flights are usually available to book around 6-7am EST that morning. Occasionally it will be a little later (8-9am), but that seems to be rare.

One thing I've noticed, is that each release date is usually a Thursday.
