Do I need to print my boarding pass out if we can pre board with DS age 2. Or should I just show up at the airport?

You definitely need to print out your boarding passes, and then when you get to the airport, let them know you have a two year old and need to pre-board.

Yes, do print it out, they might suspend preboarding for families with children under 5, it has been known to happen.
