Southwest Aug. 23

The Southwest website states more flights will be available on Aug. 23 through March. Does that mean on 8/23 at 12:01am flights will be available or is there a different time? I need to try and get flights for Feb. 15th, the beginning of President's week. Wish me luck!

I thought I recently saw on another thread that they ususally go on sale at 10am.....but I dont know this for sure. Also, I would start checking a day or 2 early in case they open the dates up early.

In my experience I have found that they don't come out until around 10-11am. I don't believe they have a set time so you'll just have to keep checking.

I was so hoping that they would go on sale at 12:01am on the 23rd.
We will be on vacation in Maine on the 23rd leaving CT on the 22nd and I was hoping this would be easy. I hope I have access to wireless at my brother-in-laws in ME.

Hopefully they will go on sale early so I can be done with this.

That e-mail which they send out to everybody every Tuesday usually goes out around 4 AM CDT, and they could open the fares up to be purchased at that time, or undoubtedly later that morning/afternoon.

If you have the ding program it usually alerts you that they are ready for booking.
