Does anyone know of any discount/promotional codes for Southwest Airlines from MSY to MCO? There are 3 of us travelling. Please help us and thanks in advance! :)

TimothyG,

Go to southwest.com and click on the systemwide hotdeals. Make sure that you scroll all the way to the right side of the screen. The cheapest fares on on the right. You have to book by April 14th I think! I got Chicago Midway to Orlando for 45.58 each way! The 45.00 was with the various fees and tax. So my family of 4 is flying for a grand total of $460.90 Yipee!!

Good Luck!

Thanks for the advice but we aren't going during that time. We are going at the end of July and I just checked. Prices are $79 per person and it would be cheaper to drive to Disney. Is there any other sites or anything for cheap cheap airfare?

I actually think I remember seeing a Ding! fare from Midway to Orlando this a.m. It's expired, but keep watching those Dings!

You might consider booking and getting a credit if the rates go down. We did that and I know have a $180 for our next Disney trip! :cool1:

I read the fine print and noticed it said it's nonrefundable but you can get credit towards another trip. I think I'm going to keep checking too :)

Sign up for the emails too. They send notes out every Tuesday with specials.

What is MSY?
MSY is the airport code for New Orleans, LA (Louis Armstrong Int'l Airport).

Pray, tell, what exactly is a ding?? :confused3 :earsgirl:

For my family of 5 we got our SW flights at the end of July for $632.00 total including tax. That is $126 per person. It was a DING rate. Lower actually than what the DING said it was going to be.

if you go to the Southwest site you will see a place which is a link to download DING- It sets up a link on your computer. Then they have special prices at certain times of the day and week for any variety of flights. It is probably ones they are trying to fill up but you never know when you might hit just the one you want. Right now the wacky weekend ones are available and flights are basically for June 13 - August 30.

Someone on the AOL Disney board just reported they got a $49 fare from MSY to MCO, but I don't remember what her dates of travel are.
