Hi!

I know there is always risk with airfare questions and "promise" not to hold you responsible and am just looking for your opinion! :rolleyes1

Is $145 each way a good fare from Milwaukee in Jan/2014. Their fares are posted and Jan and Feb are mostly 145 each way with few exceptions around some holidays. So, does Southwest typically discount the fares to MCO or based on your experience, is $145 a good price now and we should jump on it?

We are looking forward to our first Disney cruise in Jan! pirate:

Thanks!

We've flown MKE to MCO several times and have never paid more than $100 each way.

I've been watching the flights, as we have a late December 2013 vacation planned and I'm thinking this might be the year that we pay more. :confused3 I should add that in the past we've always flown off-season (usually late Jan or early Feb)

So I'd say $145 might be slightly high. If you book SW, you can always re-book at the less expensive rate (I think they give you a SW credit).

Enjoy!

Seems kind of high to me as well. We've flown to MCO from MKE, ORD, and MDW (for some reason flying from Chicago is cheaper and we have family there so it was no big deal for us).

It's probably not the cheapest, but I'm always happy if I can pay no more than $300 round trip from mke to mco. With southwest, i believe that if the rate for your flight goes down and you call them, you can receive the difference as a credit. I'm sure others on here can correct or provide additional specifics.

Have a great cruise!!

Thanks Everyone for your replies. We went ahead and booked yesterday at $289 RT. It may not be the cheapest so we'll keep looking and take a credit if we see a lower price. It's good to check that box done as far as airfare goes! Now we have to get going on our hotel reservations for after our cruise!
