BAck in the day, I remember booking a hotel thru SWA site, using my rapid rewards points, does this option still exist? I can't find the page.... thanks

Only if you are a Southwest Credit Card member. Per their website:

If you are a Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmember, you can redeem your Rapid Rewards points for items other than Southwest flights through More Rewards. Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmembers can redeem their Rapid Rewards points for hotel stays, rental cars, gift cards, event tickets, merchandise and other unique experiences.

thanks.... I found that after searching too... but there used to be a page where you could put in where you wanted to go, etc dates and see what you could book using RR points...is that gone? All I can see is gift cards etc to redeem for on the 'more' page- nope wait, I found it..... Ok the dates are through the end of the year I see now-thanks!

Oh, gosh! I had no idea you could book other things with SW points if you were a cardholder. Thank you! If I'm ever in a pinch, I see I can get gift cards with points. Not the best use of them, granted, but might come in handy!

Ok I found the hotels etc in more rewards..... but they only list thru December....anyone know if/when they update for the next year? Looks like there are ways to use points that aren't readily apparent at first..

I had no idea there were other redemption options other than flights! I am really wanting to go on long weekend with DH, and he is very hesitant to commit to anything that costs money, (until after DD's wedding).
