If it has been less than 24 hours since you booked the flights
you can get a $$ Refund ... IIRC the 24 hour rule for all US domestic flights.

Points are no problem you can cancel or change any flight and the points go back in your account.

If you bought the tickets with money you get a southwest credit to use towards a future flight.
