I have a question for a friend. He is doing a Disney Land trip with his son and ex-wife. He lives in Seattle and his ex-wife lives in Fresno. His brother lives in Los Angeles and will be meeting them for a day at Disney. I see that Disney offers Southern California Resident Tickets. When I read the description it says proof of residency needed. Is this to purchase the tickets? Would it be possible for my friends brother to purchase tickets for everyone? Is proof of residency needed for the ticket purchase only or for park entry too.

Thanks in advance for your help

you can purchase up to 8 tickets per so. cal id..
They only ask for it at the ticket booth.

You can also order online with their credit card and have sent to their house so you don't have to wait in line twice..

So i could order so cal tickets and have them sent to my nephew in LA?
A funny story he is about 10 years younger and about 6 inches taller then my husband and they let us buy CA resident tics at Knotts! I think the employees at Disney are much smater then to let that happen.

The person who buys the tickets has to show proof of residency within southern california. Once you have the tickets, they don't ask for proof again.

I am guessing the answer to this is NO! but thought I would at least ask. :teeth: AAA does not have a California Resident discount ticket that still has the unlimited fastpasses when you stay at the DLH do they?
