South Beach vs Weight Watchers CORE Help Please....

Hi to all

Has anyone used these two plans? What is your pros and cons?

Need to do something with this body and not sure which way to turn.


Weight Watchers CORE or South Beach???

Hi! Tried the south beach one a few years ago, after a little over a week I started to have really bad headaches that would not go away no matter what I took for it. Doctor said I was not getting something my body needed.
I am a weight watcher, just finished my first week of core. Lost 3.6 pounds.
However that being said watch the 35 points they can go in the first 3 or 4 days if you are not careful. I will try and alernate between core and flex plans.
Love my grains which I don't get too much of on the core plan.
