I have bought the book, and am interested in SDB. I've done Atkins with success, but have stalled and find myself cheating frequently.
I see that "beans' are allowed on Phase I, but I can't find any clarification as to what type of beans. Are any of the following OK on Phase 1: Pintos, black, white or navy beans?
If you eat yogurt, what kind do you find works for you--what am I looking for?
