Hi every one, just wondering if a few of you South Beach dieters can give me a sample of what you ate for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks for phase 1. I have the book and have completed phase 1 allready and lost 11 pounds. But just rescently I have fallen off track. So I am going to start over with a better frame of mind, and I also now have this board for support. Thanks to all for the much needed motivation.
