We rode the SDMT twice this past week. My son's hearing is very sensitive. He can hear an airplane way before we ever hear it or see it ourselves.
The first time we got in line, he found the waiting queue inside the building and the animatronic part of the ride to be painful to his ears.
The second time we rode it, he wore earplugs and the sound didn't bother him at all!
