SOTMK Cards - EMH?

I was wondering if during the morning extra magic hours at Magic Kingdom, are you still able to pick up your sorcerers of the magic kingdom cards or can this only be done during regular park times?

I know they used to be open for EMH, but with Main Street now open before Rope Drop I am not sure if that has changed. Theoretically anyone could get cards and even play on Main Street during that time. I don't know if they are allowing that. I suppose they could check your band for EMH privileges too, but something tells me they wouldn't.

Thank you. I'll probably just wait until the normal park hours start to take place and head over to get them.

Like the PP said. on my last trip the fire house opens at 9 am even on EMH. I did not try to play the game at all.
