...but we stayed back the first week of October and had to leave early. We were due a credit of 2 nights stay on our credit card. The lady we checked out with said to wait 4-6 weeks for it to show up. It's beyond that, and I was wondering if anyone knows the phone number I would use to contact them about this matter.

I would just call the number for reservations. Cant think of it off the top of my head though.
