The phone system is run by the same people as the IT shop (I think.. it would explain a lot! )

I was on the phone with them about 9:10 and an alarm was in the background. The DVC rep told me she was going to have to leave the building. I tried calling back every 5-10 minutes until they came back about 9:50. However they were only able to put a hold on the room for my last night because the system was not letting them take my points. When I called back about 4:00 to check they said IT was going to have to take care of it tonight.
Don't you just love the enhancements.
