We get to DLP late on the first night so will have no use for the passes included in our package. Is there anyway they would consider swapping our paSses that day for a meal voucher or something?

Just seems a waste and it didn't occur to me to ask when I booked!

in a word, No. Its a standard package when you book with Disney, you get park tickets included in the price for your first and last days. Disney aren't concerned with whether you use those tickets.

Which is why I booked the indirect Eurostar...I get to the magic at 11am instead of 1.30pm on the direct train! (Direct coming back so I don't loose precious time too!)

I phoned the reservation line last week to ask whether I could book for 4 nights/4 days on an offer, and was told that it MUST be booked as 4 nights/5 days otherwise I would lose the discount.

I don't have that choice - I finish work at 3pm, we chose that weekend because it is dd's birthday and if we had gone during the week, hubby would have needed more time off and flights were more expensive!

Its no issue at the end of ths day, we knew we would lose that day, I just pondered the question!

Thanks

hi Rosebug, I have had a similar problem to you in getting there late in the evening and losing out on a day on every trip so this time I have booked a night off site so that we can be at our Disney hotel first thing in the morning. There are lots of cheap places to stay close by but we booked Explorers for £90 for 4 of us including breakfast.. something to bear in mind when your planning your next trip!!!:goodvibes

Like aobh, we have also had the same problem on several trips and it's why last visit we stayed at the Kyriad for the first night transferring to a Disney hotel the following morning. :goodvibes
