Sorry Another Poly ?

I have been reading anything and everything about the Poly today! But I can only kind of see the answer I want in trip reports(people talk of children in pjs watching the MK fireworks) My ? is from the Hawaii concierge Lounge on the 2nd floor can you view the fireworks?? Or am I confused and people are taking their children to the beach area to view MK fireworks?? Also from both of these locations/or just one can you view the Water Pagent?(this has been one of my daughter's favorites since she was two years old-she is now in college and still LOVES seeing it! Yes the lounge faces the lagoon and MK. You can see the fireworks and the music is on in the lounge.

Yes you can see fireworks fine from the lounge but even concierge guests often prefer seeing them from the beach! The only exception might be if the beach is overrun with "tourists".

Wow, love the pic Steve. Brings back our memories of our great stay there in april.

Joan that huge window faces the castle, but you can also see the grand fl, and the contemp. It is such a nice view. Best view at wdw. lol.

We viewed the fireworks from both places, either the beach or the lounge. Scott from the lounge, made it fun counting down for tinkerbell's start to the fireworks.

You can grab a nice treat, cake, squares etc, (these are put out at 8 p.m.) and enjoy while watching the fireworks or water parade. Hubby had wine and cake.

We loved our concierge stay.

Hi Deb, Wine and Cake!! ( Has anybody ever heard the talking Stitch? OOH_OOH Coconut Cake and Coffee-PLEASEEE)Sounds good to me!! And the best view in the WORLD!! I LOVE fireworks!! Can not wait to give this a try! Besides FW the Poly is the only hotel we have not tried on Disney property. Thanks for your input, Joan

When we arrived at the Polynesian in July for our anniversary there was a talking Stitch in our room.

"ROTTEN!!!" Don't you just LOVE him!! We bought him for our 18 year old daughter. When we were there in July. Every store he was in she would play with him even the CM's were impressed by how responsive he was to her! She loved the movie and asks me all the time when is it coming to DVD? Next spring is my earliest guess? Joan

Tikiman, Thanks for the info! If this is true, guess what will be playing on our DVD player Christmas Morning! And she already told me buy 2 copies so she can take one back to school with her!! Joan
