Sorry…it's another (slightly weird) question about the Eurostar

Over the past few days i've been keeping an eye on the Eurostar website for them to release the dates for our trip which is the 15th-19th December…I know not to expect them until April but thought it best to keep checking!
Since last Tuesday they have released one more day at a time..so yesterday bookings were available until Friday 12th, today it's Saturday 13th.

So, my question is this…
is it possible for me to book a one-way journey if Monday (15th) gets released in two days time, then book another one-way journey back from DLP when Friday (19th) is released…? I think if I just wait for both days then the price for Monday will have gone up considerably!

I keep ringing Eurostar to check…I think they will block my number soon if I don't leave them alone! They have said the dates are being released day by day due to maintenance work that they were waiting to be confirmed :confused3

thanks everyone!

No reason why you can't but in my experience one ways are more expensive than returns so any potential saving you'll make could get more than wiped out and you'll pay more than you need to. Personally, I'd wait until you can book a return. Have you tried phoning to see if you can book over the phone? Sometimes it's possible to do this before the dates are available online.

Oh I hadn't realised that, thanks.
I have rang and they can't book it yet :(

Oops, my apologies, I've just reread your post and see you've been phoning.

The good thing is that no one else can book either - fingers crossed your dates get released soon. Don't know if it's still the case but it always used to tick over to the next date at midnight France so 11pm UK time.

If you do decide to book both parts of the journey separately you will pay 10 pounds more per person at the cheapest price (each single journey costs 5 pounds~ish more compared to a return journey price).

Thanks for the top about them changing over at 11pm, I had assumed it was 9am!

Now to decide if it's worth paying £10 extra or risking it and waiting until the Friday is available!
