Sore muscles and blistered feet

Be sure to stretch those leg muscles while your leg muscles are still warm; stretching those muscles help with the plantar fascitis. I try to stretch after a hot shower in the mornings at WDW, when we come back from the parks; and when I get out of a hot shower in the evening. Don't forget a tennis or hand ball to roll under your feet...it feels wonderful when you are done.

I'm going to try some of these. I think I have very sensitive feet. I end up with blisters on the bottom of my feet all the time! Luckily I'm a fast healer and once I drain them, I'm good to go. Otherwise, I would have been hobbled a lot.

It has happened in every shoe/sock combo I can think of so I stick to my flip flops. I really hate wearing sneakers and do not find them comfortable for walking any type of distance. At least in flips, my feet and legs are otherwise comfortable.

Last year I got a lot of blisters. I too am diabetic. Went off site to Walgreens. Bought blister bandaids. They are amazing. They last a whole day if not two.

Easy spirit Romy shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Had I stuck with them instead of alternating between them and my keens i wouldn't have had any blisters.

I am prone to blisters and further cursed myself on our WDW trip last year by getting an adorable polka-dotted pedicure except for where the nail tech stabbed my cuticle which caused bruising that really bugged me for the first half of the trip. I had a pair of Keens and a pair of Clarks sandals to alternate (and next time will bring a third pair for less shoe fatigue). Some people have noted the expense of BodyGlide. I used Gold Bond Friction Defense, which cost me less than $5 and worked well for preventing chub rub AND blisters.
