Sorbet Course?

Hi cutie bug at what point during your buffet dinner are you serving the sorbet? Also how many guests are you having? we were told they wouldn't be able to serve sorbet with more than 50 guests... Thanks

Awww I'm so sorry to hear that . I guess I'll have to see what happens. My guest list is at 50 now so as long as I don't invite anyone else, I'll be safe.

We will be having around 175 we hope. We invited 240 but invites haven't gone out yet.

We will be doing our sorbet course after our intro into the hall after everyone is downstairs and after the first dance. It's will come right before the open the flood gates on the buffet. Not sure why they said they can't do it. I would ask again and say your set on having it. Like I said they will do anything if you pay for it! It's all about the benjamins!

I completely understand because I was told something completely different than what you guys were told today... I was told I could do sorbet at ADH if I had less then 75 guests... I said that cost was absolutely not an issue and they said they'd get back to me but they probably couldn't do anything about it

yeah...its always contradicting information. on one hand joe told me that he doesnt reccommend adh for less than 75 guests because its too big, but then he told me they cant do sorbet for more than 50 i dont get it!
