I want that 74 minutes of my life back. .

Hey, at least this season is FINALLY OVER!!!!!:D Since I'm opposed to capital punishment, I'm glad that someone didn't put a contract out on the writers.

At least there's nowhere to go but UP for next year:jester:

What a rip off. Well, they got us didn't they? The old man didn't die on the couch, no one got whacked except the hoodlums, the Feds didn't bust anyone, and Tony didn't put his fist through Carmellas face.

HBO is laughing all the way to the bank. The writers probably went on vacation and had their Grandmothers write the last 3 episodes....

And we'll all watch next season won't we?

LOL! Jason!! :teeth:

Well, HBO did advertise it as a "shocking season conclusion" . . . and I guess I was shocked because absolutely nothing of substance happened!!! Even Junior's trial deal was an anti-climax. :(

They took the best show on television and turned into "Knots Landing". . . what a shame. .

Hey, at least the strippers at the BADABING used to provide at least some gratuitous skin:jester: :jester: :jester: :jester: :jester: .....

At least it wasn't as bad as last weeks episode - but that doesn't say much, does it!

Where is all the suspense?

How long do we have to wait till next season starts - another year? Hopefully, someone will put out a better mob series by then!

What a waste! I was so disappointed. I do hope they kill Johnny Sax next season, he's a disturbance too the families. Reminds me too much of Carlo Rizzi, wants too play with the big boys but can't.

WRONG!!

Since there were no cliffhangers, and after an absolutely LOUSY episode, I couldn't care less what happens to the Sopranos in the next season.

What a freakin' rip off!!!!

But then I love when they delve into relationships and get "deep" instead of whacking people.

I was very disappointed with the Soprano's last night.

Ugh! It gave me a headache! The scenes where Carmello and 'whats his name' were fighting was nauseating!

I only wish that Carmela hadn't told Tony about her fantasizing about Furio. If Tony ever sees him again - he's a dead man!
Otherwise, it was a total waste of our time! (& I'm not saying they have to "whack" someone every episode!)

Tony's family got whacked.

I've held my opinion all season. I was willing to wait and see. I was very disappointed, too.

I thought the Tony/Carmella scenes were well done, but the rest was pretty lackluster. Are they waiting 16 months again to start a new season? Many viewers will lose interest over an extended period.

It was pretty lackluster. The one part that I liked was when they hooked up the speakers to the boat and were playing Dean Martin. That was pretty funny.:p :p :p

Other than that.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I saw that the are going to begin filming again in March next year - but when they will air the first epidsode I do not know -

I also thought the Carmelia/Tony fight was great - She'll get an emmy -

But the best has to be the speakers on the boat! Loved it!

and last nights episode wasn't what I was expecting. The acting was good, though. Carmella has known all along that Tony screws around on her, I think it was these feelings for Furio that finally gave her the courage to say ENOUGH.
If next season is the final season and Carmella and Tony do not reconcile, I think the whole season will be watching Tony in a self destructive spiral resulting in his demise, one way or another. His semi normal family life has been what has kept things stable for him all along, and Carmella has been his anchor.
Did anyone see some of the cast on tv this morning with Katie Couric? Furio looked good with his hair down, and Joey Pants, as usual, had an off beat, but cool looking outfit on.:)

I liked it. While I agree that this season was different than previous ones, I think the show keeps growing. I can't wait for new episodes.
