Sooooo disappointed

We were hoping to go to WDW in Sept but plans have gone south. I keep telling myself to cheer up, that I will be able to save up more money and take a longer trip sometime in 2007. It kinda works then I think of how far away that is. Sorry just needed a self-pity moment.

I definitely feel your pain!! I have to wait until May 2007 for our next trip. So, I hang out on these boards and I have added myself a ticker to help me get excited each time a week or month gets knocked off of it! But, again, like you said, I too am going to be able to save more money and take a nice 10 day vacation next year.

I hear ya. I had to keep digging into the disney fund for things that came up. Broken vehichle, 900 dollars. Kids registration for private school, the list goes on and on. Fortunately we are still able to go but sadly I had to charge the flight and the disney tickets b/c some of what was saved had to be used on other stuff. you are doing the right thing for waiting til the timing is right. I will be having to pay off mine with interest.

Here's a disney hug from my family to yours. we are finally returning to wdw after a 2 year absence because of real life. (don't it suck some times ) don't worry, you'll be back before you know it.

If it makes you feel better, the time will fly by faster than you think. We had planned a trip for last Oct but my Dgrandpa passed away so we had to cancel. We are now going this Oct, the time just flew by and the planning and phone calls for reservations are well underway. So, just think, it won't be too long before you can at least start the planning stage.

I'm sorry you have to cancel, that really is a bummer!!! Our situation isn't the same as yours but it's still a bummer. I kept telling myself...if they offer the free dining again then we can go. Well, they offered the free dining and we still can't go

So now I'm telling myself...now we have time to save save save, then we can go and afford extra splurges that we wouldn't have been able to enjoy this year!

Life has a crazy way of working out the way it is supposed to!

Sorry you had to cancel!! I agree 2007 will be here before you know it.
Atleast you are going. I am on Disney Restriction for awhile. Maybe we will get back there in 2008

I feel your pain. We were supposed to go April 30-May 6 this year but due to circumstances beyond my control I could not make the reservations. We are now hoping to go next year either in May or August.
