what should I expect as far as vegetarian options?
i was excited when i booked the trip and hopeful that Chef TJ would be working the evening of our reservation - my SIL is a vegetarian and i've been RAVING about Chef TJ's creations based on the reviews and pics I've read in these forums. I know that Ohana is a very meat-heavy menu and while the rest of our group will still enjoy the experience, I though it would be special for her, too. She's really quite flexible and will go with the flow and happily deal with whatever vegetarian option is offered, but I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect or what veg dishes they've had at Ohana since Chef TJ moved over to the Grand Floridian (we also have a reservation at 1900 PF, luckily!)
Also, I'm reading a lot of negative reviews of these "green" veggie burgers being served around the parks... anyone know the brand? I'm not a vegetarian but eat lots of meat free meals and happily enjoy lots of veggie burger products so I'm curious as to how bad these 'burgers' really are... obviously we're not talking Boca or Gardenburger, right?
Thanks for your help!!!
