Couldn't resist! 
With all the build up, and the ominous warnings about the impending sell out of all the other properties, not to mention the "stupendous" incentives to buy BCV , access to SAB, I figured we might already have a report of the impending sell out of BCV (perhaps by the end of the week!) Of course, if MS can't figure out how to take reservations for 2003 (and after), perhaps that will be sufficient to put off the sell out until....next week! Seriously, I think it will be interesting to watch the pace of sales of BCV, VWL, HH, and VB, the resale prices of BWV and OKW, and the speculation about the DI sales and the building of EPV. There is a lot to be juggled right now and I think that things could move a lot of different directions depending on the economy, incentives, and the actual plans at DI and EPV.

Very Funny!!! I figure they'll have at least a year & a half before sell out... Took VWL a year & it's smaller than BCV's, so a year and a half would be aggressive, but could be done....
