sooo frustrated...why cant i retrieve my online dining reservations???

I put in my res number and the phone number I provided when I booked but a red message comes up saying it cant retrieve my reservation grrrr am i doing someting wrong? I am in Australia and used my mobile phone number in the area where you provide your number, it is 10 digits long...maybe that is the issue...any ideas??
 
make sure you have numbers only in the phone #

no 555-555-1234
just 5555551234
 
I had this happen and I was using the wrong phone number. I thought I booked under the cell, but it was under the home number. Good luck
 
I maybe missing something here but where do I go to retrieve my dining reservations ?

thanx for the replies guys, I am just using numbers and no hyphens in between and even though i know for sure i used my mobile phone number when booking, i tried my home phone number also with no success....grrrr so frustrating!

Go to the online booking page and in the upper right corner is an orange suitcase. click on that and scroll down to "dining reservations". you have to enter the conf# and the phone # you gave when you made the ADR (most people have trouble because they enter their home # when trying to retrieve theirs ADRs, but when you actually book they site asks you for your phone # that you'll be using while in Disney so, of course, most people put in their cell #.....which ever # you used is the one you have to enter). You have to do this for EACH ressie you want to look up.

do you think it's because my mobile phone number is an Australian one? Maybe it's not enough digits or something....I definately used that number but cannot for the life of me get it to pull up my ressies, is it just me or has anyone else had this trouble?
 
I have no idea what number they put down for me but none of them work ! Thanks anyway.
 
Entered my confirmation numbers and the only phonenumber we have. Get a window that says please wait patiently while request is processed........5 minutes and waiting.
 
I was finally able to pull all my ADR's up, but only after copying and pasting each conf# from the email. Even though it looked like I was typing in the exact numbers? So you might try copying and pasting.

And, I could only pull up the ones I made online. I can't pull up the one I had to call in to make (Thanksgiving day).
 
Are we talking the trip confirmation number OR the 12-digit individual ADR confirmation number?!
 
Yes, I am using the individual ADR confirmation numbers not the trip confirmation number and have also tried cutting and pasting the confirmation number from the email so it is exact. Thanks everyone for the tips anyway...... Will keep trying but it's not looking like it's going to work.
