Hello, everyone! I guess I will start off with an introduction. My name is Erica and I am 34 years old. I have been married to a wonderful man for 13 years. We are the proud parents of 5DD, ages 15 to 4. I am currently a SAHM. I am able to do this because my wonderful DH is a very hard worker and currently owns his own business. In my spare time:rotfl2: I take care of our farm. We own and breed alpacas (think, little llama!). We have been raising them since late 2004, started with 6 of them, now we have 40, with 8 more babies due this Fall. Our parents thought that we had lost our minds when we first told them about our desire to start a farm, and they still do! Although, it does make for very interesting conversations! Sometimes, I wonder what we have gotten ourselves into, since I never even owned an animal growing up, but I love them. I do admit we have way too many for us to handle. Oh, well.

Thankfully, our DDs are wonderfull kids and make things somewhat easier for me to handle. I was so looking forward to having school start this year, boy that was a mistake! With school and all their activities, we have been very busy.

Oops, the vet called. I have to run a sick baby to his office. Will be back later.
 
Back from the vet's. Had a nasty eye infection. Two shots in the eyelid(ouch!) and all will be well.

Now on to the weight loss part of my story. I am currently 154. Would love to be at my pre-children weight of 110 by the time we leave for WDW Jan. 19. I have signed up for the Biggest Loser Challenge -proud member of the red team. Unfortunately, I do not have an attack plan. Thinking of doing WW on my own, I have all the books and things from when I was on it in 2004. I would love to find something that I believe wholeheartly in. I may just be trying to come up with an excuse if I fail.

Well I think I will start out with drinking water- about 80 oz. to start. Cut back on my diet soda. And walk at least 30 min. a day. I would love to start running; I have always been envious of runners. I am not the least bit athletic. I have always wanted to be, but I am not coordinated. I trip over my own feet. I may try the walk/run thing. I need a little motivation. ;)
