Sony P92 lens adapter???

Does anyone have this lens adapter that Sony sells for the Cybershot cameras? I am interested but no store that I have looked at locally carries them and knows nothing about them. I know Sony sells lens to fit as well, but my real question is, since it is a 30mm mount, can you buy lens from other manufacturers that will fit. Sony's telefoto lens is only 1.7X and I would love to have a 3+X for it so that I can get a 12X total zoom. Any advice on this decive would be great.

Yes, that is the adapter, but I am curious as to what lens will fit. It says it is a 30mm lens mount, is that a common lens size? As you can tell I am in no way a photographer, but trying to get better!
