sony camera help

I am looking to purchase a sony compact camera. The models I am researching are the following sony: T-20; W-90; and T-100. Anyone have one of these? I am hoping for some reviews! Any help would be great!

I'm still playing but it's looking like i'll stick with my old p73 and just return this one.
