Sony Cam DCR DVD 108

Hi Guys,
I just bought this cam from my uncle. He is getting a newer cam and this one seems to do what I need it to do. I have been trying to research the manuals and things (online) and have found that I am missing from his Cam case the CD, remote, USB cord and AV cord. I looked around on the Sony site and can't seem to find out where I could purchase those items.

I am planning on taking this on our trip and was wondering if I could go to any camera shop or Radioshack and get something that would work?

Also, anyone have any words of wisdom regarding this Cam? I plan on using it like a camera and a camcorder. I don't want to carry 2 items into the parks with me so this one will be the one going.

Did you try eBay? They often have many "spare parts" for every electronic piece of equipment.

just simply go to the Sony cam store, they're supposed to sell the Sony accessories!

I have the exact same camera and just wanted to let you know that pictures are not very good quality with this. Night shots are absolutely horrible and daytime is mediocre at best. Video on the other hand is wonderful.
