This is the first video that came to my mind. ONJ had such a sticky sweet image, and they didn't want to ruin that image and have people watching and thinking she could actually be talking about something other than a gym workout.

The Kilroy Was Here album is what killed the original band members as Styx, as Dennis DeYoung was really pushing to do more theatrical songs like Mr Roboto, below. Meanwhile the other members wanted to do regular ROCK music as they were used to doing.
