songs about nuns and archery

The only ones I can think of are "Me and My Arrow" by Nilsson, but that's about a dog, and "The Mammy Nuns" by Frank Zappa and that's about something I won't go into here.

Can't imagine anything by Frank Zappa would be school appropriate. :rotfl2:

My personal FZ song -- Bobby Brown. ;)

No help here- just had to say, this is without a doubt the WEIRDEST assignment I have ever heard of.

Hopefully the assignment is more about being able to do research (i.e., finding things so out of the ordinary) than the actual songs? :confused3

I don't suppose (Everything I Do) I Do it For You would count, eh? ;) I don't think the soundtrack has anything about archery. Neither does Oo-De-Lally, which is a darn shame. The Phoney King of England is stuck in my head now.

Now I want to watch Robin Hood. All of them :goodvibes

You're sure the assignment wasn't songs about guns and archery? That would make a lot more sense, lol!

How about "I shot someone with an arrow but it's not a habit" ?:confused3

?! sons english assignment.
Anybody have ANY ideas?
BTW, not about nuns that do archery:rotfl2:... 2 separate subjects

Sorry, no help here....but how could I NOT open a thread with this title??!!:lmao:

Now, if you need a photo of nuns DOING archery, I might be able to help. A few years ago I got a calender as a gag gift titled "Nuns Having Fun." There were B&W photos of nuns, probably in the 1950s or 60s, bowling, roller skating, smoking (Holy Smokes!!), and shooting arrows, among other things. I probably still have it somewhere.
