I flew Song rt to Orlando 2 weeks ago. The flights were fine and on time.

The 757's have a little more leg room than Delta Express which I appreciate since I'm 6'1. The leather seating surfaces are the same shade of blue as the WDW monorail interiors. The leather is not as soft as on mainline Delta Business Elite (aka First Class).
Accent colors are lime (like Monorail Lime) and orange (sort of like Monorail Coral).

The whole "talent" schpiel seemed forced and I don't expect it to last long. Not everyone can be a comedian when pointing out the safety features of the aircraft.

The much touted video entertainment system was not installed on either aircraft. No gameboys were offered.

To sum up, (IMO) Song is an improvement over Delta Express and better than Southwest, but not anything that special.

I just got back and flew Song and yes they were on time, but I didn't have such a great experience with them. I had no idea the planes were so old and to me most of the staff was extremely unfriendly.

I won't fly with them again.

Wow, i hope we have better luck- flying them within the week. Will let you know how the flights go.::MickeyMo

Yes and if you have a bad flight don't post it here! I am getting roasted for posting my bad experience with them. Apparently people only want to hear the good reviews and that is all and if you have a bad experience, they blame you and take it personal.

No problem Lori - i am sure we'll have a great flight each way - thinking positive thoughts!!! :earsgirl: :earsboy:

We flew Song over the last weekend of Oct from BDL - MCO, and we had a good experience.

Outbound flight on time and even arrived early. Homebound flight delayed 20 min due to the plane was coming in from LAX and was late due to the fires (not Song's fault.)

No TV's in headrests or GameBoy's, but I recently read that they will be ready in early 2004.

The stewards were friendly and available to help when needed.

Overall a good experience and will fly again if the fares come down. I caught a last minute fare for this trip, but I am looking for April 2004 and they are over $500!!! What is up with that??
