Song of the South on DVD

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any of you ever bought the DVD for Song of the South from either of these websites:

I am a little hesitant because I am not sure what I would be getting (quality-wise) OR who I was supposedly buying this from.

Anyone have any experience w/ this and care to share?

We purchased Song Of The South on DVD and VHS together but I don't remember from which website. The quality was great . The beginning licensing etc was in Japanese writing but as soon as the film began it went off. We paid 39.99.
I'm sorry but I don't recall from whom.

Remember that there is a persistant rumor that Disney will actually release Song of the South in the States sometime 'soon.' Jim Hill's site actually says to expect release in 2006, so you may want to wait to see if that materializes before you buy a Japanese copy.

I purchased it from the second site you have listed and was very happy with the quality. My daughter loved it and is ecstatic she has finally seen the movie that Splash Mountain is themed after.

I was on the http://disneyshopping.go.com/ website earlier today. They have a "Song of the South Disney Movies Proof Series Pin" for sale. It sounds like they are gearing up to re-release the movie. When we took a backstage tour at MK in July, our CM told us that the movie would be released in 2006.
