Song changed reservation-Now cant pick seats

I reserved/paid for tickets JFK > MCO and return and picked out seats.

Departing times changed (slightly) and my seats are gone. And now I cannot pick seats again. When I try to go to pick seats page at flysong.com it says page cannot be found.

Any help?

You need to call Delta to "reissue" the ticket. It sounds worse than it really is.
Basically what happens, and this has happened to us on 4 itineraries, when the
schedule changes, even by a minute, the system appears to lose your seat assignments. They really don't, but until you call you will not be able to see them on line. So call 1 800 221-1212 or 1 800 323 2323 (if your a skymiles member) and ask them to "reissue" / reconfirm your seats. You should not have any problems, at least until the next schedule change. Glad it all worked out. I had to do this about 2 weeks ago. I was literally only on the phone for about 3 minutes, and we got our same seats back
 

The same thing happened to me twice! First my flight down changed and then my return flight changed. I didn't care about the time change (and 1 changed the flight # also) but I didn't want lose our seats. After years of flying with young children, dh and I are going by ourselves and managed to get exit row seats! It only took a couple of minutes on the phone. When I checked my itinerary on Song, the seats showed.

I check the flights once a week to make sure it doesn't happen again! :rolleyes1
 
Last January I used Skymiles for our Oct. flight on Song out of EWR (Newark). Then Song discontinued ALL EWR flights. (I only knew because I saw it posted here on the DIS). After many phone calls and lots of time wasted and completely changed itinerary dates and times, I was able to use my Skymiles to obtain a flight on Continental. Continental has changed the flight times twice and I cannot ever seem to find someone who knows what to do or how to do it. My itinerary "disappeared"! When I call any of the phone #s - Delta, Continental, or Skymiles, it takes me forever to go thru all those prompts before I get a human, and then each human tells me it's someone else, but never them, who can help me. I used to love Song, I considered them my favorite airline, but boy oh boy, this is a nightmare!
