son with broken leg

We are leaving in less than 2 wks for our big vacation and my 7 yr old son broke his leg today. Can we rent a wheelchair for him at Universal? What are the ride restrictions? We will only be there for 1 day before we go to WDW. Thanks

You can rent a wheelchair at USF. I think it is $6-$8.

As for the cast, how far over the leg does it cover?

Its a full leg cast! Break was in the tibia

while at Disney, if you get to see any characters.......have them sign the cast! When my son borke his hand, we ate at 1900 Park Fare and King John (was Villans dinner then) was the one who thought of it. He went & got a marker and had the other characters sign it too!! My son was a Freshman in High School & it was funny to see his classmates question him about the signatures!!
