Son needs DAS but I have the Disney Experience Account

Really quick question: I need to do our son's DAS this week for our April trip. He is a dependent adult. All the park reservations, hotel reservations etc are all under my disney experience. When we video chat do we need to sign in under a My Disney Experience for him or can they do it from mine if he is listed in my friends and family section?

I need a DAS and last month when I did the chat I accidentally was signed into my husband’s account. I didn’t notice this until I was over an hour in of waiting, so I just stuck with it. They didn't even mention it (husband was at work so he wasn’t even around). Not sure if that was an oversight on their part, but was not an issue for me.

We did chat three times, all under my account. First time it didn't work because my camera wasn't working and I didn' know how to fix it. Second time, from my Ipad, the CM insisted since my DH was the one who needed it (and DH was right next to me) it HAD to be done under his account. I said I don't remember his password, it was an account made years ago and never used. He said well I can't proceed and he hung up on me. Third time , again on Ipad, my account no issues.

Thank you all. I was logged in with my account and it was no issue at all. They simply asked which of the four of us it was for. Thank you for the help.
