Son lost his Best Friend

This really has shaken ME up, I cannot imagine what his parents must be facing everyday. They have 2 months to go, graduating seniors. I haven't seen my son cry so much, he had to go to school yesterday to see an empty desk where his friend use to sit. Prom coming up in 3 weeks, looking foward to college. Gone at 18 does not seem fair, but life isn't fair i guess. I am glad he has a good group of friends to get through this time. Send us some good thoughts, wishes, prayers, we could use them all.

Does the school have any time of counseling? I remember back to grade 9 or so, and we lost someone, and I was so thankful for that..

We lost my nephew this week. It is so hard. Sometimes it does not seem real. I am sure the parents are struggling I know my sister is having a hard time. Just let your son know others are feeling the same.
