somewhere to stay ?

Hi all we are planning on coming over to wdw california in november and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on the best place to stay. there will be 4 adults and 2 young children. we usualy go to florida but are going to wdw california and then going to drive up to seattle to see my big bro.


any help would be great thanx

I would recommend that you check out the Disneyland thread. Unlike WDW, staying off-site is very easy and most often times less expensive than staying in a Disney property. Howard Johnsons and Candy Cane Inn are two favorites.

You're welcome. First off, just a matter of semantics, but Walt Disney World is in Orlando and Disneyland is in Anaheim, California. If you use the correct names, there won't be any confusion as to which one you are visiting.

easy mistake i think but could have caused problems as i am booking things from scotland cheers

When searching for hotels, have your search engine sort by distance. There are quite a few motels within walking distance. I would definitely recommend those (IMO Harbor Blvd between the I-5 and Katella are your best bet).
