Somewhat rural area outside of Orlando

May be making a move closer to Orlando soon. Depending on how things pan out I may be looking for a place to rent that has a little bit more rural feel to it. Ideally I would love to find something with an in-law apt as well.
I want something that has some land to it, maybe an acre or 2, but with easy access into Orlando itself and not feel cut off from stuff.

Any recommendations on towns to look in?
