I've been unemployed for a couple of months now. Recently transferred to another university so I had to leave my old job (which I wasn't sad about, I hated it!), and I decided to focus on just schoolwork for awhile. My first years of college were basically free due to scholarship, so my parents generously offered to help me out with living expenses while I finish. I'm writing my senior thesis this semester, so that's eating up a lot of time that could otherwise be devoted to work.

I'm always impressed with people who can balance a heavy school load with work! But I decided to just push my way through the last few months of school, and I'll be graduating in May! Spring should be a bit easier due to pushing myself so much the last couple of semesters, so I may be able to fit a part-time job in if anyone is hiring and the schedule wouldn't interfere.
Too bad one of my criteria during job-hunting can't be "Must have access to DIS and FB while on the job."

Neither of my previous jobs had access to the internet at all, but maybe someday I'll be able to kill time on the DIS while at work. Oh, to dream!
