Sometimes More is Less

So we decided to splurge on our next trip for Universal/Halloween Horror Nights and get Club Level at Portofino. I got a pin number in the mail a while back, but we needed to stay at least four nights. Looks like we can only do three so I book three nights with our AP rate. It was about $313 a night for three adults. Then I got to thinking and decided to call the hotel and find out how much it would be using my pin for four nights. Turns out the total cost was $5 less! So I changed my reservation to that. My thinking is, we haven't got our airline ticket to return so I am hoping we still might get to stay that forth night. If we can only do three nights then I hope to book a late flight so now we can hang out at the hotel longer. Got to love those pin codes!

if you book a pin that requires a 4 night stay and leave after night 3, you will be penalized when you check out.
i don't know if it is possible to just pay for the entire 4 nights even if you are leaving early?

Interesting. I still hope to stay the forth night. If not, I have other plans.
