Something weird is going on

I'm ripping my 1999 WDW Resort CD and the track titles aren't the ones on my disc. There are newer titles, of attractions that didn't exist in 1999.
Playhouse Disney
Lights,Motor,Actions
The Seas with Nemo and Friends
Three Caballeros

When I hover over the ripped track I see the new song title along with the title on my CD, Soarin' = Pirates of the Caribbean - Yo Ho (A Pirates Life for Me), Playhouse Disney = Tower of Terror Theme. The whole disc ripped like this. I had to edit every title to match the CD.

Just bizarre.

The digital kind. I'm no technical expert, but I'm guessing the digital content on the disc is picking up a new track list. Some part of that information must be reused on consecutive discs. I don't think it did that when I ripped on my computer using WinXP, this was with Windows7.

When it rips it, it searches the internet for the title/artist info so you don't have to enter it. Since you have a much older version than what's out now, it just labeled it as if it were current. Usually most CDs will some how change the title to show the changes in the CD like version 2/part 2/continued... that sort of thing.

I think it changed the CD title to the CD's name with disc 2 at the end.
