Something weird happened with a ressie I know I cancelled!

Hi all,
The oddest thing happened to me yesterday. I had ressies for a cruise on the Magic for next November, but decided to cancel and cruise with another line. I called DCL and spoke with a very nice CM who felt bad that I was cancelling, but of course, followed my wishes (at least I thought) and cancelled the ressie. She told me to look for a credit on my Disney VISA soon.

I checked the DCL website the next day and the ressie was, in fact, cancelled. Fast forward almost 1 month later (yesterday)--I hear a rumor that the ship I was planning to sail on instead of the Magic may not be ready on time for my cruise (it is currently being built and is supposedly behind schedule).

I decided to check my Disney VISA balance online and noticed that I have yet to be credited my deposit for the Magic. On a whim, I went back to the DCL website and put in my old ressie number, and, lo and behold, my ressie has magically reappeared as active.

I was going to call DCL to cancel it again, but I decided not to--I mean, what if I am experiencing a Disney Dream and don't know it yet, LOL??!!! I'm almost afraid to call and cancel again.

Too freaky! Is this a sign?

Have no idea why your reservation would appear after you cancelled but enjoy the magic of hoping about it while you can.

May all your wishes come true no mater what they may be.
