Something Special for Daughter into Video Production

We are headed to Disney World Oct 14-21. I'd really like to do something extra special for my daughter who is planning on going into a career of Video Production (Filming and Editing). She will be a Sr in high school and 18 when we go. I'd love for her to be able to observe or even participate in something while we are there. She dreams of one day working at Disney.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Not Disney related but what about touring Ringling College of Art & Design on your way to or from?
